At Kuri, we teach you to become your dog’s teacher. You’ll learn to read your puppy’s body language and how to correct behaviours without saying (or shouting) “NO”. You will learn how to work on encouraging and discouraging certain behaviours in an appropriate way.

The course is broken down into topics, which contain easy-to-digest videos that you can watch and then practice in your own time. You do need to put in your time to reap the full rewards of the course.

This course is for puppies (up to 16 weeks old). If your dog is older than this, our Adult Foundation Course will be more appropriate

This course is NZ$199, which gives you unlimited access to all 57 lessons. Check out the reviews from other owners and you’ll see that it’s money well spent, and will even save you money in the long run!

Puppies start learning from the moment they are born, so we advise you to purchase your course about 2 weeks before they arrive at your home, to prepare yourself and the family for your new arrival. Being able to communicate is the key to a happy environment for you and your new pup, so learning to understand them before they arrive is ideal. If your pup is already in your home, the Puppy Foundation course will be valuable up to the age of about 4 months. 
 

Beyond that age, we recommend the Adult Foundation course, which is for dogs of any age. We never stop learning, neither do they!

All of our online courses have discussion boards, where you can ask our specialists questions about topics or behaviours or training. You are also able to contact us via help@kuritraining.co.nz

The time limit for completing a course is four months, which is usually plenty of time. However, we can extend this on request, in the event of unforeseen occurrences.
